What it’s used for
This is a nominated person within the organisation who has signing authority for agreements and contracts.
How to change
This information is nominated at the time of registration and can subsequently be updated and maintained by the Market Participant in Registration Information in WEMS.

Main Contact User
What it’s used for
This is a nominated person within your organisation to whom all correspondence, including day-to-day operational correspondence, is sent from AEMO.

This information is nominated at the time of registration and can subsequently be updated and maintained by the Market Participant in Registration Information in WEMS.

Market Participant Administrator (MPA)
What it’s used for
In addition to the Main Contact User, the MPA has authority to request a token to access WEMS for a new user and request a digital certificate to access WEMS. More information on the MPA, including how to manage user accounts can be found in the MPA User Guide.
How to change
An MPA can be nominated by the Main Contact User or Authorised Person via completion of the Market Participant Administrator Nomination form.
