Facility commitment notification exemptions

System Management, under the market rules, is able to grant exemptions from the obligations in section 7.9 of the market rules. System management is obliged under this rule to provide a list of the Facilities that have been granted this exemption.

Participants and Facilities granted a Market Rule 7.9 Exemption are:

• Tesla Corporation Pty Ltd – Tesla Picton – granted 22 October 2013.
• Tesla Corporation Pty Ltd – Tesla Kemerton – granted 22 October 2013.
• Tesla Corporation Pty Ltd – Tesla Northam – granted 22 October 2013.
• Tesla Corporation Pty Ltd – Tesla Geraldton – granted 22 October 2013.
• Landfill Gas and Power Pty Ltd – Kalamunda Scheduled Generator – granted 22 October 2013.
