Understanding Market Settlement and Transfer Solution (MSATS)

With reduced restrictions around the country, a selected number of AEMO instructor-led courses will be scheduled for in-person delivery. These will remain subject to any change to restriction levels, and participants will need to comply with all government requirements in order to attend.

This instructor-led education course, run by experts in MSATS and related business processes, explains how and why MSATS works the way it does.

The course is delivered over two days in a face-to-face setting, or three half-days plus eLearning module when held virtually.

  • Explain what the MSATS system is used for.

  • Describe the nature and form of data to be delivered to MSATS by participants.
