Settlements package 6: Reallocations
Overview: The procedures for energy and dollar offset reallocations (EDOR) and swap options offset reallocations (SOOR) are made in accordance with clause 3.15.11A of the National Electricity Rules (NER). They set out how different types of reallocation requests are to be created and recorded for reallocation transactions.
Consultation approach: The consultation on reallocation procedures involved a single round of stakeholder consultation instead of the usual two rounds. AEMO adopted this approach because it considered the proposed amendments to the procedures to be administrative in nature (NER 3.15.11A(b)).
