Regional generation scaling factors

Settlement estimates for generators are based on SCADA data, if available. To take into account the difference in the measurements between meter data and SCADA data, regional generation scaling factors are applied to the SCADA data in the estimation process. Each year’s scaling factors that apply have been derived based on an analysis of historical energy from the previous calendar year. The scaling factors can be found in the file below. In this file, the scaling factors with the latest effective date are the ones that are currently applied.
