Kee Wong

Mr Kee Wong is an experienced entrepreneur, investor, advisor and experienced non-executive Director with qualifications in engineering, information technology and business.

Kee joined IBM in 1994 as a senior executive running part of its e-business group in the Asia Pacific region, including Australia and New Zealand. In 1999, he founded e-Centric Innovations, an IT/Management consulting firm, and went on the establish several businesses.

Kee is a current Board member of ASX listed companies Carsales.com, and Invocare Ltd. As well as Not for Profit companies Walter and Eliza Hall Institute, Arts Centre Melbourne (ACM Trust) and the Centre for Asian Australian Leadership (CAAL). He also hold current Directorships for the Victorian Government Investment Fund (Breakthrough Victoria), and Nomura Research Institute (NRI).

Amongst previous Board positions, Kee was also the immediate past Chairman of the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA), Deputy Chairman of Asialink and a Director of Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kee is an Adjunct Professor of Engineering and IT at La Trobe University and was awarded a Fellow of Monash University in 2010 and Distinguished Alumni in 2014. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.), a Graduate Diploma in Computing and an MBA.

Kee joined the Board in June 2021, and is a member of the Technical, Markets and Systems Committee, the People and Remuneration Committee, and the Chair of the Information Exchange Committee.
