There is an opportunity for testing Project Energy Connect (PEC-1) for flows in both directions up to 50 MW on 6th November from 07:00hrs to 11:00hrs
This test includes a trip and reclose of a line in South Australia.

NEM Local Temperature Alerts for QLD, SA from 05 Nov 2024 to 09 Nov 2024
AEMO's weather service provider has issued forecast temperatures equal to or greater than the NEM Local Temperature Alert Levels for listed weather stations below.
QLD
Dalby Ap (37+ Deg C): 5th Nov, 6th Nov, 7th Nov, 8th Nov, 9th Nov
SA
Port Augusta Ap (39+ Deg C): 5th Nov
The NEM Local Temperature Alert Levels are:
Launceston Ti Tree Bend: 33 Deg C, Dalby Airport: 37 Deg C, for all other selected weather stations: 39 Deg C.
AEMO requests Market Participants to:
1. review the weather forecast in the local area where their generating units / MNSP converter stations are located and,
2. if required, update the available capacity in their dispatch offers or availability submissions consistent with the forecast temperatures.

AEMO declares a Forecast LOR1 condition under clause 4.8.4(b) of the National Electricity Rules for the NSW region for the following period[s]:
From 1800 hrs to 1900 hrs 08/11/2024.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 1430 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 1189 MW.

STPASA - Update of the Forecast Lack Of Reserve Level 1 (LOR1) in the NSW Region on 07/11/2024
The Forecast LOR1 condition in the NSW region advised in AEMO Electricity Market Notice No. 119839 has been updated at 1400 hrs 04/11/2024 to the following:
1. From 1230 hrs to 1300 hrs 07/11/2024.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 1400 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 1185 MW.
2. From 1930 hrs to 2000 hrs 07/11/2024.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 1430 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 926 MW.

STPASA - Update of the Forecast Lack Of Reserve Level 1 (LOR1) in the NSW Region on 06/11/2024
The Forecast LOR1 condition in the NSW region advised in AEMO Electricity Market Notice No. 119830 has been updated at 1400 hrs 04/11/2024 to the following:
1. From 1930 hrs to 2030 hrs 06/11/2024.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 1474 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 1295 MW.

STPASA - Update of the Forecast Lack Of Reserve Level 1 (LOR1) in the QLD Region on 07/11/2024
The Forecast LOR1 condition in the QLD region advised in AEMO Electricity Market Notice No. 119827 has been updated at 1400 hrs 04/11/2024 to the following:
1. From 1630 hrs to 1730 hrs 07/11/2024.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 857 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 470 MW.
2. From 1900 hrs to 2000 hrs 07/11/2024.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 978 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 612 MW.

Forecast Minimum System Load (MSL1) condition in the VIC region on 10/11/2024
AEMO has detected that there is an elevated risk of insufficient demand to maintain a secure operating state in the VIC region on 10/11/2024.
Minimum System Load (MSL) conditions are forecast when regional demand is less than the relevant MSL threshold. The advisory MSL thresholds are:
- MSL1 - 1735 MW
- MSL2 - 1235 MW
- MSL3 - 735 MW
The regional demand is forecast to be below the MSL1 threshold for the following period:
1. From 0930 hrs to 1230 hrs 10/11/2024. Minimum regional demand is forecast to be 1262 MW at 1230 hrs.
2. From 1300 hrs to 1500 hrs 10/11/2024. Minimum regional demand is forecast to be 1249 MW at 1330 hrs.
