Update - Actual Lack Of Reserve Level 1 (LOR1) in the QLD region - 06/02/2024
The actual LOR1 condition in the Qld region advised in AEMO Electricity Market Notice No. 114397 has been updated at 1915 hrs 06/02/2024 to the following:
The Actual LOR1 condition is forecast to exist until 2000 hrs.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 1045 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 950 MW.

The Actual LOR1 condition is forecast to exist until 1930 hrs
The capacity reserve requirement is 1095 MW
The minimum capacity reserve available is 892 MW

Fast Frequency Response Market - Increase in L1 FCAS dispatch cap from 12 February 2024.
AEMO ELECTRICITY MARKET NOTICE
Following review of the operation of the Very Fast FCAS market, from 1300 hrs AEST on Monday 12 Febraury AEMO will:
Increase the cap on dispatch of Very Fast Lower (L1) Contingency FCAS from 100 MW to 125 MW
Retain the cap on dispatch of Very Fast Raise (R1) Contingency FCAS at 225 MW
No other changes to the dispatch of Very Fast FCAS or FCAS constraint equation changes will be made on this date.

STPASA - Suspect Lack Of Reserve Level 3 (LOR3) in the QLD Region on 01/02/2024
AEMO ELECTRICITY MARKET NOTICE
AEMO considers that there are suspect Forecast LOR3 conditions for the QLD region for the following periods:
1. From 0900 hrs to 1000 hrs 01/02/2024.
The maximum load (other than interruptible loads) forecast to be interrupted is 38 MW at 0930 hrs.
2. From 1130 hrs to 1200 hrs 01/02/2024.
The maximum load (other than interruptible loads) forecast to be interrupted is 62 MW at 1130 hrs.
AEMO is currently investigating these LOR3 forecast conditions to confirm whether they are valid.
AEMO Operations
AEMO considers that there are suspect Forecast LOR3 conditions for the QLD region for the following periods:
