Notice of Consultation
AEMO is consulting on proposed expedited amendments to the Gas Supply Hub Exchange Agreement (EA).
These amendments are open for public consultation from Monday 6th September 2021, with submissions closing by 5.00pm (EST) on Monday 20th September 2021. Consultation responses can be submitted directly to the AEMO at Hub_Reference@aemo.com.au.
Proposed changes to GSH Exchange Agreement
Amendment of the GSH Exchange Agreement to:
- Add missing spread product specifications for the Wallumbilla-SEQ spread product
- Add missing spread product specifications for the Wallumbilla-Moomba spread product
- Correct referencing errors in the Exchange Agreement
- Correct numbering and formatting errors in the Exchange Agreement
AEMO has published an Impact and Implementation Report (IIR) below, which details the proposed changes to the Exchange Agreement and associated documents. The Draft Exchange Agreement v15.1 with the changes incorporated is published below.
Notice of determination
AEMO informs all Gas Supply Hub exchange members and other interested stakeholders that it has decided to make the proposed amendments to the Exchange Agreement. Version 15.1 of the Gas Supply Hub Exchange Agreement will be effective from 22 September 2021.
