The revised limit manages pre-contingent flow on the Wemen to Koorangie 220 kV line to avoid voltage collapse at Koorangie, Kerang or Wemen on loss of the Crowlands to Bulgana to Horsham or Horsham to Murra Warra to Kiamal 220 kV line. The revised constraint equation includes the generators in south-west NSW and north-west Victoria on the left-hand side as well as Murraylink and V-SA.
