AEMO declares a Forecast LOR1 condition under clause 4.8.4(b) of the National Electricity Rules for the NSW region for the following Period:
[1.] From 1800 hrs 10/04/2025 to 1830 hrs 10/04/2025.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 1595 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 1577 MW.

Release of PEC-1 and combined V-SA limits - 11 April 2025

AEMO, Transgrid and Electranet have reviewed the test results following the PEC Stage 1 testing on 31st January 2025. Hold points 4 and 5 can now be released.
The following limits will be released as of 1000hrs 11th April 2025:
- PEC-1 - 150 MW (both directions)
- Heywood + PEC1 - 750 MW from Vic to SA and 700 MW from SA to Vic
- The existing Heywood limits of 600 and 550 MW are not being changed.
