AEMO declares a Forecast LOR1 condition under clause 4.8.4(b) of the National Electricity Rules for the SA region for the following Periods:


[1.] From 1000 hrs 26/06/2025 to 1030 hrs 26/06/2025.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 430 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 416 MW.


[2.] From 1430 hrs 26/06/2025 to 1600 hrs 26/06/2025.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 437 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 373 MW.


[3.] From 1730 hrs 26/06/2025 to 2200 hrs 26/06/2025.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 435 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 354 MW.

Participant Impact and Requirements: Under this change, AEMO will upgrade the NEMDE solver used in Production for Dispatch, 5-Minute Predispatch, Predispatch and PD7 to a new version. AEMO will also upgrade other relevant applications for Dispatch, 5-Minute Predispatch, Predispatch, PD7, Bidding, SOMMS and?Registration. This change will become effective upon rule commencement on 1 July, 2025

Impact : A Planned outage for BIDDING application is scheduled on 30th June 2025 between 11:45 AM and 11:55 AM. The application will be unavailable for approximately 5-7 min during this window.

AEMO ELECTRICITY MARKET NOTICE

The Kiamal SF-Red Cliffs 220kV LINE line in the Victorian (VIC) region is planned to be out of service from 0700 hrs on 27/06/2025 to 1630 hrs on 27/06/2025.

A credible contingency event during this planned outage may require:

* Load shedding in the Victorian outer grid; and/ or
* Market intervention, such as the issuing of directions.

The Forecast LOR1 condition in the SA region advised in AEMO Electricity Market Notice No. 127741 has been updated at 1400 hrs 24/06/2025 to the following:

1. From 1100 hrs to 1130 hrs 01/07/2025.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 404 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 377 MW.

2. From 1600 hrs to 1630 hrs 01/07/2025.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 410 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 301 MW.

The minimum capacity reserve available is 473 MW.

2. From 1030 hrs to 1100 hrs 30/06/2025.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 376 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 268 MW.

3. From 1630 hrs to 1700 hrs 30/06/2025.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 397 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 200 MW.
