Updated Victorian system normal voltage stability limit for the south-west Victoria
Refer to Market Notice 101368
AEMO has completed a review of the system normal voltage stability limit in the south-west Victoria as a result of Mortlake terminal station cut-in on the Haunted Gully to Tarrone 500 kV line.
The revised limit is increased by 100 MW on the cut-set from Haunted Gully to Moorabool and Mortlake to Moorabool 500 kV lines for flow towards Moorabool.

The revised limit has been implemented at 1201 hrs on Tuesday 29th April 2025, by updating V^^V_NIL_SWVIC.

At 0617 hrs the Uralla - New England Solar Farm No.1 330/33 kV Transformer and New England No.2 Solar Farm was returned to service.
The cause of this non-credible contingency event has been identified and AEMO is satisfied that another occurrence of this event is unlikely under the current circumstances.
AEMO will not reclassify this event as a credible contingency event.

AEMO did not instruct load shedding.
AEMO has not been advised of any disconnection of bulk electrical load.
The cause of this non credible contingency event is not known at this stage.

The cause of this non-credible contingency event has been identified and AEMO is satisfied that another occurrence of this event is unlikely under the current circumstances.
AEMO will not reclassify this event as a credible contingency event.

PDPASA - Forecast Lack Of Reserve Level 1 (LOR1) in the NSW Region on 14/04/2025
AEMO declares a Forecast LOR1 condition under clause 4.8.4(b) of the National Electricity Rules for the NSW region for the following Period:
[1.] From 1730 hrs 14/04/2025 to 1800 hrs 14/04/2025.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 1537 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 1365 MW.
