Update to Market Notice 58684.
At 2029 hrs the Vales Point 330kV Gen Busbar was returned to service.
The cause of this non-credible contingency event has been identified and AEMO is satisfied that another occurrence of this event is unlikely under the current circumstances.
AEMO will not reclassify this event as a credible contingency event.

AEMO did not instruct load shedding.
AEMO has been advised approximately 30 MW of load was lost.

At 0924 hrs and at 1051 hrs the South Morang - Sydenham No.1 500 kV Line CBs opened at the South Morang end only.
Following a short outage, the line has been returned to service.
The cause of this non credible contingency event has been identified and AEMO is satisfied that this non-credible event is unlikely to re-occur.
AEMO will not reclassify this event as a credible contingency event.

The cause of this non credible contingency event is not known at this stage.
The Line remains out of service for investigation.
Constraint set V-SMSY invoked 1105 hrs to further notice.
The constraint set contains equations with the following interconnectors on the left hand side:
VIC1-NSW1
V-SA
V-S-MNSP1
T-V-MNSP1
