On the 28th of July 2023 AEMO received a notice from the facility operator of the SWQP & CGP they have elected to withdraw the proposed amendments to the TSPR. Accordingly AEMO will longer be proposing any amendments to the current TSPR or accepting anymore submissions on this consultation.
The following notice is sent with respect to 3.2.3 of the Capacity Transfer and Auction Procedures (CTAP). AEMO is performing a consultation on changes to the TSPR to publish data consistent to the CTAP section 24.2. Relevant facility operators and other interested stakeholders are invited to submit written comments on this proposal to AEMO via e-mail at bbo@aemo.com.au by close of business Friday 28th July 2023
