The Forecast LOR2 condition in the VIC region advised in AEMO Electricity Market Notice No. 66337 has been updated at 0600 hrs 14/01/2019 to the following:
From 1500 hrs 15/01/2019 to 1800 hrs 15/01/2019
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 967 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 717 MW.
AEMO is seeking a market response.
AEMO has not yet estimated the latest time it would need to intervene through an AEMO intervention event.

STPASA - Forecast Lack Of Reserve Level 1 (LOR1) in the VIC Region beginning on 15/01/2019
AEMO declares a Forecast LOR1 condition under clause 4.8.4(b) of the National Electricity Rules for the VIC region for the following periods:
1. From 1500 hrs 15/01/2019 to 1530 hrs 15/01/2019.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 1090 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 1037 MW.
2. From 1700 hrs 15/01/2019 to 1800 hrs 15/01/2019.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 1090 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 955 MW.

Refer AEMO ELECTRICITY MARKET NOTICE MN66334
At 0630 hrs 13/01/2019 the Innisfail No2 132kV Busbar was returned to service.
The cause of this non-credible contingency event has been identified and AEMO is satisfied that another occurrence of this event is unlikely under the current circumstances.
AEMO will not reclassify this event as a credible contingency event.

At 2327 hrs the Innisfail No2 132 kV Busbar tripped.
AEMO did not instruct load shedding.
AEMO has not been advised of any disconnection of bulk electrical load.
The cause of this non credible contingency event is not known at this stage.
