Independent Expert Report - Directions to a SA generator on 26 and 28 December 2020

AEMO issued directions to generators in South Australia on 26 and 28 December 2020.

In accordance with NER Clause 3.15.7B (c)(1), AEMO is required to appoint an independent expert to assess and determine the additional compensation claims for the directed participant that exceeds the $20,000 threshold and exceeds the $100,000 aggregate threshold

AEMO nominated an independent expert on 8 March 2021 with no objections received. AEMO then appointed Sam Lovick from Sam Lovick

Consulting as the independent expert to determine compensation.
