AEMO has conducted a consultation on the Estimated Price Methodology, used for determining Market Suspension Pricing Schedules. The consultation considered potential improvements to how well the current market suspension pricing schedules reflect typical pricing outcomes, and minimise unnecessary volatility or adverse incentives during periods of system stress.
This consultation was conducted under clause 3.14.5(e) of the Rules, in accordance with the Rules consultation requirements detailed in clause 8.9 of the Rules.
