In their decision notice to AEMO on 22 February 2019, ERA advised that the original proposal is not approved and gave reasons for that. ERA requested AEMO revisit the proposal and ensure all consumer protection mechanisms are updated in the Retail Market Procedures. The revised proposal presented below addresses issues raised by ERA.
