The Forecast LOR1 condition in the NSW region advised in AEMO Electricity Market Notice No. 88113 has been updated at 1500 hrs 14/07/2021 to the following:
[1.] From 1730 hrs 19/07/2021 to 1800 hrs 19/07/2021.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 1430 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 854 MW.
[2.] From 1900 hrs 19/07/2021 to 2030 hrs 19/07/2021.

Participants should be aware that:
o MSATS Production will be unavailable for the duration of the transfer(refer to the information above for outage timeframes)
o Production participant passwords will be retained.
o New Users and users that try to log in once the URM outage has commenced will only be able to log in after URM outage is complete.
o Any password resets or new account creations completed during the URM outage window will need to be redone.
o MSATS Server FTP sessions will be disabled during outage - Wholesale MMS FTP will still be available.
o Plain English constraints will not be available during the URM outage timeframe via the EMMS web portal.
o The redirection menu will be unavailable during the MSATS outage timeframe - https://menu.prod.nemnet.net.au. To assist participants, the below table can be used to redirect to your usual web portal interface.
