Credit Limit Procedures – Modelling Parameter and MNSP Prudential Requirement Changes

Background

This is the Final Report and Determination relating to the following issues:

• Part A – Modelling parameter changes - changes to modelling parameters within the Credit Limit Procedures that will better align market participant prudential requirements with short to medium term market settings.
• Part B - MNSP prudential requirements - amendments to clause 10.3 of the Credit Limit Procedures relating to the use of reallocations in calculating MNSP prudential requirements.
