Independent Expert Report - Directions to SA generators between 29 and 30 Aug 2018
On 29 and 30 August 2018, AEMO issued directions to generators in South Australia.
In accordance with NER Clause 3.12.2(l)(1), AEMO is required to appoint an independent expert to assess and determine the additional compensation claims for the Affected Participant that exceeds the $20,000 threshold and exceeds the $100,000 aggregate threshold.
AEMO nominated an independent expert on 23 October 2018 with no objections received. AEMO then appointed Euan Morton at Synergies Economic Consulting Pty Ltd as the independent expert to determine additional compensation claim related to Directions in South Australia on 29 and 30 August 2018.
